On February 16, 2026, Kaptivate hosted ForwardDMV™, the culminating event in a three-part effort to build a future-ready economy in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. The gathering brought together over 150 senior leaders from across industry, higher education, workforce systems, government, chambers of commerce, and community organizations. Participants worked together to shape three action-oriented initiatives focused on helping the DMV workforce thrive in a changing world driven by AI.
