The Scaling Early-Career Pathways Innovation Lab, part of the broader ForwardDMV initiative, convened a curated group of 40 regional leaders representing perspectives from employers, educators, workforce agencies, government, and intermediaries.

As part of the ForwardDMV initiative, Kaptivate convened over 100 leaders from industry, higher education, workforce systems, and government to examine the data and chart a path forward for the DMV region.

CTE CHIPS Challenge
A prize challenge aimed at expanding student recruitment, training, and placement strategies in semiconductor fabrication (fab) construction and advanced manufacturing careers.
Output: A campaign that supported recruitment efforts and elevated the perception of CTE as a vital force in preparing the next generation of changemakers.
