Overview

BCVTMF partnered with Kaptivate to develop a compelling, funder-focused prospectus designed to generate interest and support for its programs and initiatives. The project brought together existing program materials, website messaging, collateral, statistics, and other resources to create a cohesive narrative that communicated BCVTMF’s impact and opportunities for financial support.

Solution

Kaptivate worked closely with BCVTMF and Virginia Tech stakeholders to develop the prospectus from the ground up, combining strategic messaging, content development, editing, and graphic design. The final product was designed for both print and web, using Virginia Tech’s brand guidelines and existing BCVTMF materials to create a visually compelling resource for prospective funders.

  1. Strategic Messaging & Content Development

Conducted interviews with BCVTMF leadership and reviewed existing program materials to identify key messages, statistics, and content that would resonate with funders.

  2. Content Strategy & Editing

Compiled and refined existing collateral, website messaging, funding information, and program materials into a cohesive narrative focused on BCVTMF’s impact and funding opportunities.

  3. Graphic Design

Developed a visually compelling prospectus aligned with Virginia Tech’s brand guidelines and BCVTMF’s existing visual identity, incorporating photography, graphics, and layouts designed for both print and digital use.
