Overview

Kaptivate aligned OMBI’s initiatives with federal priorities, strengthening interagency collaboration and empowering higher education anchor institutions and their communities with critical digital resources. Kaptivate’s work was foundational to ensuring sustainable broadband expansion, improving digital access, and fostering long-term economic opportunities for historically underserved institutions and communities.

Kaptivate provided NTIA with structured program management, stakeholder engagement, and data-informed decision-making to strengthen its capacity to execute federal broadband initiatives, support grant programs, including the Connecting Minority Communities (CMC) Pilot Program, and communicate the benefits of investing in broadband.
