We operate under the following procurement vehicles for U.S. government contracts:

U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program
(Program eligible through May 2026)

The Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program is a nine-year program created to help socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs gain access to the federal marketplace. HCaTS 8(a) Pool 2

The Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) Program, a “Best-In-Class” vehicle, is composed of three indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) governmentwide contract vehicles. Kaptivate participates in the HCaTS 8(a) IDIQ and in Pool 2 focused on management consulting (541611), human resources consulting (541612), marketing consulting (541613), other management consulting (541618), and educational support services (611710).



Health Resources and Services Administration (HHS-HRSA)

This Health Resources and Services Administration (HHS-HRSA) procurement vehicle is a 5-year agreement with a 12-month base period and four 12-month options. It encompasses three task areas: 1) Communication, including regular meetings and reports. 2) Dissemination Campaign and Implementing Communication Programs, focusing on strategic information campaigns. 3) Creative Development and Production, covering a range of multimedia content, ensuring compliance with HHS Section 508 requirements and social media guidelines. 


General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) MAS

The MAS program provides eligible ordering activities with a simplified process for obtaining supplies and services. Schedule contracts are multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts, which are awarded to responsible companies that offer commercial supplies or services at fair and reasonable prices. Products and services are ordered directly from Schedule contractors.

(EDARPA) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

 The purpose of this “Best-In-Class” Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to secure technical support for the U.S. Department of Education with all work being issued through Call Orders. The technical support activities are intended to provide the Department subject matter expertise to advance the use and development of emerging technologies and innovative practices in the field of public education.
