The Department of Education's Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE) has awarded Kaptivate a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) "to accelerate the development, implementation, and adoption of innovative strategies, practices, and technology under the comprehensive heading of Experimental Design and Advanced Research Projects Accelerator (ED ARPA)."
The award enables Kaptivate to contribute toward a national agenda to develop new methodologies and technologies that improve education programs. The scope of work begins with OCTAE initiatives but also supports programs throughout the Department of Education.
Kaptivate will use this groundbreaking BPA to foster participation of the public, the federal community, industry, and academia in the Department’s open innovation initiatives. The BPA also creates an opportunity for Kaptivate to design, pilot, and manage a host of innovative strategies to advance new education delivery mechanisms. Kaptivate will also cultivate the communities that can sustain these strategies. This new educational charter to attract and support education-oriented problem solvers will benefit from Kaptivate’s strategic communications, targeted outreach, and message amplification. We look forward to this new challenge and the opportunity to impact the transformation of American education.
