Kaptivate takes on several vital responsibilities within the organization. First and foremost, Kaptivate is tasked with developing a project roadmap and engagement strategy to oversee the creation and implementation of TTS' initial enterprise-level solution and business process technology, specifically tailored for pipeline and opportunity management. Additionally, Kaptivate plays a crucial role in facilitating regular stakeholder meetings with end users to gain insights into their business processes and system requirements. This involves the meticulous documentation and prototyping of these requirements and system capabilities within Salesforce.
Kaptivate also manages internal communications, ensuring alignment with the leadership's vision and messaging while keeping stakeholders well-informed about progress and updates. Quality assurance and testing of OTCRM, developed by GSA's Enterprise IT team, fall under Kaptivate's purview as well. Lastly, Kaptivate takes the lead in implementing a comprehensive training and onboarding strategy for new users, which includes the creation of user guides and training materials to ensure a smooth transition into the system.
