Overview

Employers and community partners often share goals, but don’t always have clear tools or guidance to work together effectively.

RiseKit needed a resource that could:

  • make complex workforce concepts easy to understand

  • provide practical tools and templates

  • be adaptable across communities and industries

  • meet accessibility standards

Solution

Kaptivate is developing a modular playbook that combines research, real-world examples, and ready-to-use resources to help partnerships move from planning to action.

To ensure the playbook is engaging and usable, Kaptivate led persona development and copywriting—creating clear, audience-centered narratives.

This playbook will help strengthen local workforce ecosystems by improving collaboration between employers and community-based organizations—supporting more inclusive and effective hiring practices nationwide.
