As the organization scaled, its digital identity no longer reflected its elevated service model or its hospitality-driven ethos.

Overview

Kaptivate was engaged to modernize the brand, refresh the website, elevate storytelling, and create a cohesive digital system that reflects Lemontree’s culture of care, excellence, and operational reliability.

Timing was critical. Lemontree sought a modern, credibility-driven digital presence to differentiate from commoditized providers and position the brand as an innovative, people-first partner ahead of a major industry appearance at Becker’s Healthcare two weeks away.

Solution

Kaptivate designed a strategic, two-phase digital transformation.

Phase One, delivered ahead of the Becker’s Healthcare event, focused on strengthening credibility and visibility through a refreshed visual identity, restructured website content, cohesive social presence, and high-impact video storytelling. The goal was to position Lemontree as a trusted, polished, and professional partner whose brand presentation matches its real-world impact.

Phase Two, planned for future implementation, will build on this foundation to deepen audience insights, expand digital engagement, and introduce new interactive capabilities—including custom video, AI-driven user support, CRM-integrated lead systems, and microservices that personalize client engagement.

  1. Content & Storytelling

    • Updated logo, color palette, and typography to reflect sophistication, trust, and hospitality-inspired excellence.

    • Created a refreshed visual direction using updated imagery, photography, and video.

    • Aligned LinkedIn branding, including banners and profile assets, to ensure consistency across social platforms.

  2. Video Production

    Dynamic, soundless banner video using treated footage for the homepage header and additional B-roll for interior pages, as well as a mission-style video with a powerful script to clearly articulate the brand and mission.

  3. Web Design

    Kaptivate created a new, modern, and refreshed website that reflects the updated brand identity and delivers an improved, user-friendly experience across all devices.

  4. WordPress Development

    Kaptivate created a new, modern website on WordPress by setting up a dedicated staging environment, customizing a premium theme to match the refreshed brand, restructuring navigation for a smoother user experience, and optimizing the site for accessibility, responsiveness, and easy content management.
