A Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with past and current experience working for GSA, Tracy has over 20 years of experience managing, teaching, and developing tools for successful Federal, non-profit and corporate clients. Currently, she works for Kaptivate on the GSA-TTS’s Challenge.Gov website using tools such as AWS, GitHub, Jira, and Slack. She manages this efficiently using an Agile Development methodology. Prior to joining Kaptivate, Tracy worked for the Paciello Group Interactive, LLC (TPGi) the consulting arm of Vispero, the provider of the world’s most popular screen reader software, JAWS. TPGi is the leading accessibility solutions provider that supports all phases of Digital Accessibility (508, ADA) through best-in-class SaaS management software and professional services. At TPGi she architected client roadmaps, KPIs, consulted on UX (using Figma) and developed specific service plans for both software and professional services. Previous to TPGi, Tracy worked as a Technical Engagement Manager where she helped evaluate, design, select and build tools for clients such as the Federal Acquisitions Institute, National Science Foundation, Department of the Navy, U.S. Citizen and Immigration Service, US Forest Service, and the Veterans Administration among others.
At the Federal Acquisitions Institute, Tracy served as the project manager for the FAI.gov website, FAI business process development and improvement initiatives, and FAI IT strategic planning and change management activities. She spearheaded an analysis of alternatives (AOA) of the Federal Acquisition Institute Training Application System (FAITAS) which included requirements documentation and significant market research into SaaS LMS vendors for future replacement to this multi-million dollar software application.
At the US Forest Service, Tracy served as the Technical Lead and senior consultant on the HRM Intranet utilizing her expertise in project management, development, UX/UI design, FISMA/ATO process and 508 remediation. The HRM Intranet redesign used one of the first iterations of the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and was the first internal website to be 508 conformant in the US Forest Service.
Previously, Tracy has worked as a Technical Trainer, Adjunct Professor, and Tech Author. She brings the skills developed in this work to her current Technical Lead roles to effectively communicate with both software developers, product owners and other stakeholders.
